    What happens to the £5M fine levied against the company.Where does this money go to.Likewise what happens to all the "Fines" levied against Banks etc?

      Minister's benevolent funds I expect, seriously though into the general Chancellors pocket I always believed

      I read somwhere that the LIBOR fines went to various service charities
