Lovely Photos
They kept me in a job for 40 years, they are my best mates, I even chose to have a Bovine Aortic Replacement Valve rather than a Pig's

Nice pics 'Goldie', I may be alone in this but have always fancied helping out on a farm especially harvesting, lambing etc, and now in retirement even more so. My limited services would be free but its not an opportunity to do so
It's not as if I can go knocking on a farmers door asking if he wants a hand.

While we sometimes struggle to get away etc, leaving just my son plus part time worker (or vice versa), untrained casual help isn't really an option. Modern dairy farming isn't just about milking (and we wouldn't let anyone else milk our cows!). Feed
rations and cow management are all part of it.But sometimes we need an extra hand to take the cows down the road to a different field in summer.!

One bridge is rebuilt whih means we can get to the middle bit of land - but our farthest bridge is still out. We're waiting on the contractor and the water level to go as low as possible, so no muck spread down that way.
The main issue is the St Sundays Bridge on the "main road" B6254. We are the Kendal side so can get into town, but not to one of our fields. But anyone living 300 yards away on the other side have a very long detour. The bridge has been closed since 16th December and hopes were raised when divers started work on it last month, bu the opening date keeps getting pushed back.

Spotted by husband - captured by son on his phone
I'm more impressed with the fact you've managed to post a picture of the miracle on CT
No problem on the Desktop (copied and pasted from my unpublished Weebly site) - less than 30 seconds, as Weebly resizes automatically.
But using an Ipad - no way!
