Amazon are discounting the Instant Pot Duo 7 in ! today Black Friday at £69 99 saving quite a bit, have iust bought another at this price it can go in the caravan saves lugging the one i have to and fro from house to van.

These are brilliant very versatile and cooks food in a fraction of time that conventional cooking takes for those that don't know will act as a pressure cooker, slow cooker (If you want to destroy all the vitamins) can be used to saute and make yoghurt and much more makes cooking much easier.

    I have one of these at home and I wrote a post on here shortly after I bought it saying it would be great for a caravan.
