Hi can anyone tell me why it is more expensive to book a site on the club app than on the website?  I shall explain when I checked availability on the app for my chosen site for the August Bank holiday weekend the site night fee was £4.50 a night more than
if I booked through the club website, thus increasing the total app booking by £10 for the weekend surely this cannot be right or am I missing something.  All I can say is the app is good for searching sites but book through the club site.

I read something about this on here recently, no idea if the title so can't even try searching .  I believe I read that it does work out the same come the end.  Might be an idea to write to HO for an explanation.

    Hi everyone,

Thanks very much for your comments and please accept our apologies that some are finding the pricing on the app occasionally inconsistent with website. At a handful of sites, pricing is handled slightly differently on our central system. Most of the time
this is no problem but there are certain examples where the site appears to be charging higher prices than it should. Please accept our apologies for this but also rest assured that this anomaly corrects itself later in the app’s booking process so that ultimately
members will only ever be shown, and therefore pay, the correct price in line with the website at the point of booking through the app.

Sorry again for any confusion this causes and thanks for everyone who contributed to the discussion.

    Best regards,

    The Caravan Club app team
