Clumber Park - WiFi

hi all

does anyone know if the wifi has got any better at clumber park yet? when i was there at easter the wardens said they were upgrading it later in the year.

    It certainly wasn't any better at the beginning of September. I think when they originally talked about upgrade July was mentioned. However, given how stretchy soon seems to be in relation to the new forum, I would not hold my breath. Could be wrong of course,
    I would give the wardens a ring.

    Until there is a new supply is run cable into the Park ,I do not think it will improve,  from the daughter of our friends who works in the NT side at the park as they also have problems,as do Hardwick Village

    I have searched, without success for the thread where the club stated that they had decided on a solution for Clumber and hoped to have it up and running by July 2016. There was also a mention in the web site that Brue provides a link to, although this now
    seems to have disappeared. As does the info about installing WiFi at Troutbeck, which was scheduled, I think, for this autumn. Perhaps the CC is having second thoughts.

    It's worth looking at the reviews, these usually give first hand information. Not being able to use a mobile at Clumber is also still a problem.
