Caravan friendly service stations on M6

Smile We are travelling to Cumbria from Devon in a couple of weeks.   I am very familiar with M5 but not so with M6

Can anyone suggest caravan friendly service areas on M6 between Junctions 12 and 36?

    You don't say if you want to stay overnight or just have a comfort break but Tebay is good but slightly further north than you wanted. I didn't think Stafford was too bad.

    We use facilities one at a time rather than leave our unit unattended.

    Lulu - arevyou just looking for a brief stop or something longer? Can suggest a very good CL near Sandbach about a couple of miles of the M6. We used it a couple of years back to break the journey from Wiltshire to the northern lakes. Happy

    Thanks Jill. I am looking for comfort stops where it is easy and pleasant to park up and preferably separated from hgvs.

    Keele services, between J15 & 16 should suit you.

    Agree with both Keele and Stafford; we've used both at various times, Stafford possibly the better of the two. Happy
