We are taking the ferry to Belfast and would like to explore the city before touring the  rest of N Ireland. Can anyone recommend a site with easy access into the city, either by car or bus, please?

I'm sorry I can't do a link to the details but there are some ideas about places to stay on page 8 of this section.

I've had offers through from Stena line for 25% off (book by 14/4) not for Belfast unfortunately but might suit some for Dublin.

Jordanstown Lough shore Park is a small very clean site but you need to book it in advance as you need the code number to access the gate.

In my post on the thread with the link given by Jill I gave some details of that site, including the phone number to ring in advance.
