WG, i had your style of posting down as masculine, calling yourself Westigirl didn't sit right(to me) that was the meaning of my postLaughing.
We all have certain traits in posting style, it's darn near impossible to hide them all the timeWink. Apologies for thread drift. . . .Im done now-thanks.

It is hardly surprising that posters are confused as to gender when it is implied in the screen name and all the reader has to go on is a picture of a dog! MolliesMummy, to take a random example could indicate a female poster who anthropomorphises their
pet or could be a reference to the identity of said mutt. It's all terribly confusing. I have a gender neutral screen name but at least you know I'm a bloke.

CY, you are just a picture of some random Guy to us, we know nothing(concrete) as to the actual poster. It's more important what is said, not the sex of the person saying it. PS-I'm not really a toadstool I am a personHappy

Perhaps some of the dogs are prettier/more handsome than the owners! Once this (web)site is renovated, maybe everyone will have different avatars! Just to keep on topic!Happy

It looks as though Westiegirl is a description of the dog in the avatar. Perhaps the dog is female.

Well, if you think of renovation as reincarnation, then it is still on topic. Just the dog bit that is confusing things.

Or not, as the case may be! Wink

Just booked some sites and wow the prices are much higher than in the 2015/2016 books shows! Have I missed out on a fee update booklet which is normally sent out when prices are changed?

Write your comments here...I wouldn't worry too much about it. The minimum wage is going up too, so we'll all be earning more as well. So in relative terms, it will probably work out the same.

They are not sending one out this year, although you can view a copy of the new prices online. The CC will send you a copy if you phone and ask to save you printing it out.

    Not if you are retired!

My pension will not be going up by anything like as much as the site fees.

I complained a few weeks ago, they have shot uploads. Same price for a Site in Devon you can go to France on a site with pool, slides, tennis, table tennis just To mention a few. What do the CC say " we have nice toilet blocks"

may soon be an x member Sad

All members should come together and campain for lower prices.
