I can't get the @Ukzero well it does now!

Thanks for bringing the damp rain. The cathedral is well worth a visit. Shaun the sheep is about there at the moment! There's plenty to do and see locally. Enjoy

Amazing site Nellie but can I ask how was the site approach, especially by the church. This has to be one of the best sites for walking without having to use your car.

@Fozzie for us the approach was rather Hairy!! We met the toilet cleansing tanker with a line of cars behind it, just below the church, so I had to drive into a house drive to let it past, and then reverse out again, with a bit of assistance from a couple, who I think were off the site, as I only had an inch or so to spare from an overhanging gutter. But all was well in the end. It is a super site for walking but not so much so in these temperatures!!

Long weekend at Carlton Park Caravan Site at Saxmundham, Suffolk.

Only 44 miles from home but a journey of an hour and a half. Brought the car this time to visit the east coast resorts as the roads around here are a bit tricky for an A Class MH.

Baltic Wharf, Bristol - our favourite CAMC site - that sadly closes for good (this time!) next week. Gutted to lose it as we enjoyed so many stays here and Bristol is an amazing city.

This time we are on a THS at Rhos on Sea, which is much quieter than the one we were on here in September last year.

This was our van last week when staying at Seacroft Club site in Cromer excellent site and we had great weather. In the second pic you can see our “sea” view maybe stretching it a bit but you could definitely see the water not as well as at the clubs Berwick site though

That was the first time we had been we had been trying to get for years and for whatever reason never got. So we decided this year we would finally go and loved it plenty to do in the area and the weather was great site was very good. The only thing was it’s quite a long trek across from the A1 not a bad road just took quite a while compared to being on the motorway. We would return though

@Francis yes completely agree. I loved my walks onto the pier usually every morning and yes from the A1 to the site it does appear longer than it should be, we stopped off at the Sandringham site the night before and while it was a lovely scenic drive from there it did appear overly long.

Looks a decent site @peedee .I see they are still quoting a 2023 price of £19 pn on the club's Web page, is that still the case?

Gone up a pound, now £20 p.n. Its in a nice area surrounded by park land with short walk to take aways, pub/restaurant and Tesco Express.

First time here since the refurb….Last week at Scarborough West Ayton…Also first time I have come across the twin door TB access with lockable dividing door so they only close one side for cleaning !!….pity they didn't install ANPR with the refurb… A well laid out site with numerous SP & PP pitches but still prefer Cayton Village. Photo shows the new Dometic Air Rally Tour 390 we are trying out…nice piece of kit for 2025, 5 min inflation, 10/15 min pegging out…OH sorts the inside !!!

Clearly not a C&mC site, pitching llike this would never be .allowed. Down here in West Penwith it is just too hot to do a great deal and a few are just chilling out on site for the afternoon.
