Good plan. Decide whether you are crossing the Channel or the North Sea, then use Via Michelin for their suggested route.

And the next decision is to choose the places you would like to visit on the way there. From one of tne Dutch ports it would be Antwerp, Brussels, Luxembourg, Nancy, Strasbourg, Colmar, Mulhouse and Lucerne which would be on my stop a day or two list. But you must choose the places which interest you. Enjoy the planning. Big paper map on kitchen table will help.

For travel via Switzerland to get to Como you will pay 40 Swiss francs for an annual vignette ( = permit to use Swiss motorways) if your motorhome is within the 3500kg.limit.
But it’s possible that your twin axle motorhome is over that figure, so instead of that normal annual vignette you will be charged a heavy vehicle tax instead - for every day you spend in Switzerland - even if parked up. It’s called PSVA but don’t ask me what the initials mean. You used to have to pay that heavy vehicle tax at the border when you arrive but you can do it now on line. Search PSVA.1
