HI  Does anyone know if an open bottle of spirits is counted in your duty free allowance ?

( asking for a friend )    :))

    The allowance guidance on the Gov.uk website specifies a volume of spirits in litres. Therefore open or closed I would expect them to be counted in the total. Bit of a loophole otherwise.
