Thetford toilet problems

1. We have a 2009 Bailey California that we leave in Spain.
2. The water tank for the toilet was empty, so my Husband filled it up.
3. When you push the button to flush, it makes a noise, but no water comes out.
4. We replaced the impeller last year, and we do not use pink.
5. I'm guessing it's a blockage somewhere, or even limescale.
6. I would be very grateful if anyone has any ideas to fix this problem.
