Incleboro fields site has recently mades some improvements boasting a new play area and premium grass pitches however the site plan doesn't say where the new improvements are located. Has anyone been recently and can you shed some light on this. I have no idea what a premium grass pitch is but it almost ten quid per night more too so what is so special and where are they on the site.

We have seen premium pitches at Clumber Park, all depends what you want/need. Here’s a link to type of pitches available at Club Sites

Scroll to bottom of the page to find out about Incleborough Fields premium pitches, which seem to be premium, but grass. Perhaps they get mown more often…….🤣

Perosnally I can't see how a grass pitch can be premium, Now I love SPs and OK these PPs have all  the SP stuff with extra space, privacy, benches, BBQs... but it's still grass. But each to their own.

I think there is an issue with putting hardstandings on this site? My guess is that its something to do with the National Trust? I am almost surprised they have bothered to make such an investment in a site that is not open all year. I don't think I would have paid extra to be on grass either! The Club obviously feel that can get their investment back.

I would suspect you're right as in other sites it's always HS for these types of pitches.

And yes likewise I won't touch grass no matter what else if offered, and even if those pitches were a quarter of the price.

    edit, even a tenth!
