I am trying to reduce the number of nights on my site booking. Message coming up no availability for some of the nights so can't alter! Have tried on app and website same message. Do I have to ring the club to change a booking where for part of the period site is full?

Phoning sounds like a very good idea. Of course you'll have to wait for office hours! You really couldn't make it up could you?

Perhaps someone will report your thread? So Rowena can pass it on to the appropriate team.....

I think if you shorten it within 21 days of arrival, there’s something to pay as well, so you are best phoning. Can you get through to the Site on the phone, they might be able to advise?

    Booking is 2 months away.

Problem arisen before think I rang in end.

Obviously a glitch in the system.

It would be good to be reported but not holding out hope.

Have had the same problem, ended up phoning. Funny, it was also Chatsworth!

I had a the same problem when trying to add an extra night.
seems the amendment option is useless if any of the period is fully booked. My site was Bridlington. It would allow the extra night if it was made as another booking & therefore another deposit. Got it sorted with a phone call to the site when they eventually answered.

Same here and the site is Chatsworth, The system does not know the difference between an amendment and a new booking, This is major fault and should be sorted out immediarely, I am not holding my breath,

Rang the central booking number and amended. Mentioned the problem to the lady who confirmed it was a known issue 🤷

If it is a known issue, as the lady at HO stated, then why the heck don't they get it sorted?
