Hi,

We are heading for Rome for the Ryder cup and then looking to visit Sardinia for a week to ten days.

Any recommendations of site to use or areas of Sardina to base ourselves would be appreciated as we have never visited before. We use all the regular site finding apps but hope to hear from your personal experiences.

The ideal location would be near a beach and within walking distance of a town or village for shops, bar and restaurants, but also happy to us public transport from the site to access these!

    We stayed at International Camping just outside Valledoria for much of the time when we were in Sardinia. The beach there is fantastic.
