Kia 7 year warranty
Be aware that if you have a Kia with 7 year warranty then the parts required will take 2 to 3 weeks to obtain , Unless you pay for the part ,in which case you can have the part fitted next day. This happened to me in France Broke down ,visited Kia garage they were able to obtaining the part required next day and the fitted the following day. I Thought it was covered under the warranty. Due to the language barrier i paid for the repair intending to claim it bas when i returned . KIA answer " We got in touch with Kia Royal Motors Chartres in France and spoke with Anthony who advised us that they could have repaired the car under warranty but needed to order a part which would have taken 2 to 3 weeks to arrive and because you were in a hurry to get to Spain, they did not carry the repairs under warranty." While i was greatful to be able to continue my holiday .this warranty issue was never discussed

Something is ringing a bell here. How old is your Kia.
I seem to recall on previous VAG vehicles they had a 3 year warranty but only 2 years is automatically European. The 3rd year is UK but you can make a European claim by paying and claiming the costs back. Could you have fallen into a similar situation?

The car is 2017 This is not the issue apparently to have the repair done I would have had to wait 2/3 weeks then it would be done under the warranty .
To late now as today i have posted court papers to take them t o court

I thought i would update you all on the outcome from Kia. Well the main update is they paid the full amount. They did their best to avoid paying it. Asking for the invoices of the services, which i was able to supply. I don't know what effect it had on Kia but when they first refused to pay I took out a county court summons against them however when the said they would pay I was able to cancel it. So a result. Moto don't give in to their bulling tactics
