problems making a booking
Is anybody else experiencing problems booking a clubsite (and I appreciate the Club have ongoing problems with the new booking system) Tried booking 3 sites over August this afternoon - gone to the basket to actually pay , the page is saying I need to log in to register and pay to become a member, I've been a member for 19 years and I'm logged in! The system then throws me out so I need to log back in and re-book the same 3 sites to be told exactly the same thing . The whole booking process on this new system is diabolical ! Feel like cancelling my membership after 19 years as trying to book anything is almost impossible and the prices of the sites are getting ridiculous
