Am I the only one having problems with the ACSI site? When I search by map, let's say clicking on Italy, no map comes up, just a list of whichever region, when I click on a campsite and then click  'show on map' , no map comes up. It used to be such a user friendly site. It would show you the campsite on a map along with other nearby campsites but no longer. Perhaps it's the settings on my computer as I get maps when searching on my phone. Perhaps someone out there is more tech savvy than me

Camping Card.co.uk website working perfectly on my I pad.  It starts with a map of regions of Italy, first touch the region wanted, and then it gives sites in that region on a map or as a list

    Hi, Just gone to the camping card website and all the features you mention are working for me. This is where I end up when looking, as an example, at Camping Badaccia;

If you put next year's dates in you get no results, as next year's book/app isn't available yet

Nothin received as yet but hopefully it will before our December planning meet-up with our MH buddies-don’t forget that 6 weeks today is the shortest day and it’s time to look forward!

Well they tried to take mine but the bank software stopped it as it thought it was fraudulent and blocked the card. Sorted that now and phoned ACSI on their contact number on the website, which is actually a UK number in Bridlington. Good because that’s covered by my calling plan, Holland isn’t.😀 A nicely spoken Dutch sounding lady, checked and said yes it is shown as blocked, they will try again and email if any issues. Hopefully now Nat West have been informed it will go through.🤞

Same problem. Just got back from a few days away to have a 'poss fraud' message from NatWest too. Went into my account at ACSI and there was no card details on record so I took the opportunity to utilise my Clarity card instead of my original NatWest Mastercard to save on the currency charges. Hopefully I don't get the subs taken from both.

It took them a few days but an invoice arrived in the early hours of this morning. So mostly sorted for next year, although I will purchase the App when available.

My invoice was sent, and paid, on Thursday so just need the 2023 sites and prices to become available.

As it’s no longer a ACSI site I just checked the prices at Turiscampo, a possible destination next year with cheapest pitch being €31.50 in May

if you are referring to the discount scheme if you buy it from a UK retailer, one of the Clubs or Vicarious Books it is in English.

Not aware of any MH book?
You can buy the Camping Card Guide from the club, and other UK outlets or direct from ACSI.

Also not aware of a MH book. However there is a version of the App (more expensive) that includes MH Aires. We found it worthwhile to pay for that, rather than just get the sites version. However, information on that was in English.

Is there not a code on the ACSI card to allow you purchase the app from the ACSI web shop?

But if you are still stuck phone their customer service people - they can help you more effectively than any of us can.
    Good wishes.

    Hi Eurotraveller

yes I tried that but didnt help.

I have just {literally} had a reply from ACSI saying that there is a problem with UK customers that they are trying to resolve.

I have previosly phoned their Customer Services at least twice with no resolution, but it seems they are now looking into it.

I assume you got as far as creating an account? I can get the App into the basket and the code is accepted but I find you cannot procede to payment. It just locks up. I will try again tomorrow.

Mine from last year still seems to be working and updating. Certainly the price bands have updated to 2023. I don’t recall having signed up for automatic updates on the App, but perhaps I did. As I want it, it does not really matter. I will have to see if they take any payment. Or perhaps it’s a function of this problem they are having and will cease working shortly.🤔

It might depend on whether you are a subscriber or just buying the one off ACSI discount card. I stopped my subscription some time ago and currently have only bought the discount card for 2023. Not too fussed if the App never works because I subscribe to Search4Sites and Park4night which in conjunction with ACSI should give me plenty of choice for a forthcoming 6 week tour.

    Hi Peedee

Thats exactly what happens to me. I was on the phone to ACSI and went through the process to get the App with the rep from ACSI listening to my progress.

Each time after entering my bank details it locked up/declined. I did this several times assuming I had put my info in wrong and the ACSI rep assumed it was my fault.

On looking at MY Account on ACSI I now 5 orders for the APP all "Processing" ??!!

Anyway, as stated above, they seem to now be aware the problem is at their end.

God knows how much it has cost me in phone charges, a lot more than 3.99 euros!!

What number did you ring? I used the one on their web site when I had a problem paying for the guide. That was actually in Bridlington, so was included in our unlimited call plan.

    Hi SteveL

    Sorry for delay in response.

Yes rang Bridlington but appears to transfer to an overseas dialling tone??

Tried to buy the app again today with no joy but on My Orders account at least my subscription no longer appears as "Processing" just my App orders.

4 days on and no response from email and ringing them just gets long waiting times which ive bgiven up on
