How to cancel a booking in the new system

Is this even possible - I need to cancel a booking for this Friday - been trying since Sunday night to do this, APP / Web My profile , view my bookings - just resets to the search home page, try the call centre - sorry we're busy please try later recorded message - I left a voicemail Monday morning directly with the site in the hope they can cancel the booking and free the pitch up for others to use.
C'mon IT get your stuff together, I work in a related type of environment and role, whoever is in charge of QA has some serious questions to answer.
