Community Manager alert

Beginning yesterday evening I now get an email alert every time there is a posting to a discussion I have contributed to.

I have never received these before. Is this new? Do others receive them?

I don't choose to receive email notifications.  Have you recently opted in to receive them.

I'll flag it up for Rowena so she can possibly investigate and rectify this for you.

    No and it might be that you are somehow touching the "follow" button on the left hand side of the pages you view or contribute to, you could try seeing if you can "unfollow.?" If this doesn't work it might be better to contact the community manager via her email address.

    We all do it at times, hja, as it’s so easy to hit 'Follow' by accident. I’ve highlighted the 'Follow' button on the right below the OP for you. It changes to 'Unfollow' once activated.

    PS. I can see that you are currently following 'We need more basic facility sites'.

    Thanks. I haven’t changed any settings. I might have clicked follow by mistake. I shall investigate!

    Yep, it’s 'unfollowed' now👍🏻
