Lunar Ariva full awing
Hi, We bought a Lunar Ariva caravan 2019MY last year and would like some advice on awnings.
We purchased a Kampa Dometic Rally 200 (poled) Porch Awning late last year and only used it twice but it doesn't fit properly.
It covers part of the window - which we new it would - but the main problem is the height of the awning rail. This caravan has a height of 228cm but the awning covers a height range of 235cm - 250cm which appears to be standard for all awnings. It's like buying a pair of trousers for a 10-12 year old only to find you have an 8-10 year old the result being it looks baggy. Hind sites a wonderful thing and had we knew this at the beginning we wouldn't have bought it.
One suggestion has been to raise the caravan on blocks but that's no the answer for me.
I have been looking but can't find a porch awing to suit a 228cm height awing rail.
For a full awning I believe I need a size 6 to suit an awning length of 790cm
Does anyone use (and could recommend) either a porch awning or a full awning for a Lunar Ariva
