Leaking inflow connector

We have a Whale system - where the cold water inflows from a standpipe tap , through a Whale regulator and into our caravan . It leaks - constantly on the outside  ! We have changed the O rings and also the two way valve . We have reduced the flow of water out the standpipe tap all to no avail 

We’re running out of ideas to resolve so any help would be really appreciated . Photo attached !

    There is a lip at the top of the connector which engages with the slide down cover and gives a correct fitment.Have you tried that?

    Push the connector into the aperture and  then slide down the cover, ensuring that the bottom of the cover goes over the lip.

    Our AS MH has such a connection and I experienced leaks until I figured this out.

    Maybe a little silicone grease on the rubber seals will help them towards a better fit.
