We've cycled from the Lymington THS to Bucklers Hard/Beaulieu on many an occasion...it's all on tiddly side roads without a car in sight.
If the pop up is pitched at folk who won't/can't drive a MH a few miles, or won't/can't ride a bike a few miles, or won't/can't use their own shower/toilet, or won't/can't manage a couple of nights without EHU and think £37 a night is a fair price for such a site, then it's perfect.

....but that won't be us on all counts.

As Michael says, no point in having them if you're worried about using them. Ours are valuable but we bought them to use, not look at. They are our primary transport and are used pretty much daily...carrying batteries around?...not a chance.

we have good insurance and the best locks we could get. It would annoy the hell out of us if they got knicked, but others don't sit in their cars all day in case a car thief comes along...or do they?

Moho being secondary BB, I like it-mixing it up a bit. 20Kms for a warm up & leave the bus at home, a man after my own heart👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻
