What's wrong with West Ayton first 8 mths of 2022

hi all , as the title says , why is the first 8 months of 2022  booking blocked at scarborough west ayton , im trying to book next years holiday and im worried .

    it is being completely refurbished as several others on the network with similar closure periods

    many thanks folks , much apreciated , ive bitten  the bullet and booked a september summer holiday , praying the weather holds , looking forward to seeing the redevelopement in the flesh ,  does anyone know if the new site plan is available anywhere ?
