Hi everyone, So sorry you are experiencing issues with this. Just to let you know we have identified the cause of the issue with UK Sites Late Availability and are currently developing and testing a fix which we hope to roll out soon. I will keep you updated.

Hi everyone, I am happy to advise Late Availability is up and running and shows 8 weeks of availability across the UK. Thank you all for reporting this issue to us and for your patience.

This problem seems to have been put right in as much as it is showing vacant dates. However that includes sites that are closed from 1st November, they are still showing space up to the middle of November, the dates I'm looking for.
Am I missing something?

It's all in the name. CAMC = "Cockups Are us Motorhomes & Caravans"

Looks like there is a problem again. I was looking for Late Availability for mid-November in the Lake District, having ticked the Hard standing with Awning option.
Meathop Fell showed full for the whole week. I couldn't believe that for that time of year. So when checking on the site page itself, not 1 night showed full for the whole week. Same for Troutbeck Head, full all week, yet the calendar on the site page shows availability every day!
Not much use if you still have to check each site page for the true availability!

Agree with Ina...
If the data on availability is all held on one place, why do we need two apps (places) to show it...it should be the same in both??
If it isn't the same, why is this?....
do telephone cancellations to sites go into a different (holding) area (late availability) before being loaded into the main system?
do cancellations online (or via phone at EG) go straight into the master system?....
Managing double data entry is a nightmare, so I suspect its all the same data and the LA pages are just a different way of presenting it to the site pages...
Is it any better...not really when you know the specific site you're interested in.
