If you’re in Belgium I’d recommend Brugge (Camping Memling), and Camping L’Eau Rouge near Spa Francochamps in the Ardennes. Urban cycle routes in the former, forest cycle routes in the latter. Also, the daily act of remembrance at Menin Gate is an absolute must see, everybody should go there at least once in their life - Camping Jeugdstadion in Ypres is a good base for visiting and cycling.

Also, not recommended for cycling but Brussels is a great city to visit - Camping Grimbergen (of Belgium beer fame) is near enough and on a direct bus route.

I think it would be better to give a bit more information. Are you wanting to explore just the countryside or are you interested in the many lovely cities in Belgium? Despite its size there is quite variety of landscapes in Belgium. I would agree with Seaside Bill that Brussels is well worth a visit as is Brugge.

If lovely cities are on your list then don’t miss out Antwerp - many people do. And the city campsite which went through a bad patch is now reported to have new owners and decent standards.
