Cost of C & MC sites

I would have thought it would be a logistical nightmare to apply deposits to existing bookings. Would the system be set up for retrospective deposit taking?

Certainly would be a nightmare if it’s like the C&CC system, where the card details are not held centrally. I was sent a new credit card recently and as they are currently taking the residual automatically on the morning of arrival, phoned up to inform them. It had to be done separately for each of the four future bookings we had.

Hi Nutsy - read your post  hence my comments. I understand that you accepted the costs however if not happy with them then try CLs in future.
