Declaration sur l'honneur

Please could anyone who has filled in this form help. It seems to be live but needs a signature, does one print it or download it to your phone, or send it and get a response.

    My understanding is that you are expected to have a signed hard copy of the declaration to show the French Border Force (along with your passports, return ticket, proof of Covid vaccination etc)  when you enter France....that's what we're planning to do any way.  Hope that helps, and have a great trip!

    Thank you Roger, just found it very difficult to find, then to print. Have printed a document "Sworn Undertaking to Comply with Rules for entry into Metropolitan French Territory " (From Amber List Countries) Hoping this is the correct one. Can anyone advise please?
