Freedom is the keys to a caravan door
This is the title of an article the i newspaper published at the weekend. I thought it was a good reflection on our current circumstances and the pleasures our vans can bring, whatever age we are and the different places we choose to visit.
I'm just listening to a radio 4 discussion about pop up camping sites, I don't think camping and caravanning are consigned to history just yet.
Here's the LINK to the newspaper article. (Apologies if it's surrounded by adverts!)

Camping in its many shape and forms seems to have exploded this last year, undoubtably. For many it will still be a fairly cheap, reasonably safe option to a lot of other experiences. We have just passed our very good quality Vango tent into younger family members, we haven’t used it for a while, so let someone else enjoy it. 😁

The article in the i was written by the Poet Ian McMillan, and presenter of an interesting programme on the radio 3 called "The Verb", and related to a traditional visit to his MiLs seasonal caravan at Cleethorpes and quite touching it was too.
Any article that shows caravanning in a good light is OK by me. Makes a change from all those negative ones.
