That’s unfair AD, you ‘hijacked’ the thread to discuss CL’s earlier🤷🏻‍♂️

Have I missed something then? Are 40000 folk doing the daily test instead of quarantining? And where has that option be publicised, because I'd certainly never come across any reports of it until the recent Gove episode!

I (vaguely) remember reading that June 21st was the date that all over 45s were expected to be fully vaccinated. Expect Wales will hit that target, fingers crossed for the rest of the UK.

    🙂

June 21st is also the date when the QR code on the NHS app (possibly the "vaccine passport") is due to expire. I've emailed our MP to ask what happens at that point since I can't see any reference to it on the gov.uk website. (But I won't hold my breath waiting for an answer!) wink

The QR code complies with 'International Requirements' and will be updated on the 21st June.  That means if you're planning to travel and have printed out your Covid vaccination QR code you may need to print another to make sure that the QR code is up to date after the 21st June.

It's described somewhere on the NHS Digital website.

NHS App is constantly being updated…currently on version 105.2 released yesterday. QR codes are automatically updated as they expire.

The NHS App has been updated this morning and the expiry date is now the 11th July.  It will continue to be updated as is required by International Regulations.

Absolutely right! And I see there is also an explanatory note now to say it automatically refreshes every 30 days "to protect your data".  smile

We would normally be touring here now and have a French emissions sticker. September / October is for France 🤞even in non covid times. This site says full on the gate. Low availability in the week but rammed at the weekend.😀
