Most things are made in China or Taiwan. It’s called Capitalism. You have a good idea, you float it on stock market, you make a few over here, then you let someone else make it for you a whole lot cheaper while you lay off staff locally, and reap the huge profits.
Very occasionally someone upsets the Chinese, and then whoops, we better ignore that as we cannot function without them, as they hold our souls and purses in their mitts. Oh, and a good few of our football clubs😂
