How Slow?

    It certainly seems a lot slower of late. Also since the last round of essential maintenance, when I advance a page in a discussion the margins occasionally jump in and the text size reduces significantly. This is on an iPad.

    Me, too, Steve. Sometimes it’s so small I have to spread the screen to read it.

    The last few days have been a trial. Server errors and so slow it would be quicker by snail mail. Just awful but will they take any notice? Not a chance.

    Not working well for me. fluctuating between server errors on latest activity and LA itself only half working, not updating correctly.

    I’ve noticed before that server errors often coincide with activity in Reviews and there are quite a number being written at present.

    It's slower than ever this morning with server errors since I first looked in.

    Would someone care to report my post, please, to bring the issue to Ro's attention?

    The powers that be know only too well that the whole site is shambolic because they've been told numerous times .... CY even opened a thread dedicated to the site's faults. That was years ago and yet nothing happens.

    not a case of having fun .... just resigned to the fact that nothing on the site ever improves, even when the faults are pointed out.

    Given the longevity of this issue, it appears that the IT function cannot resolve matters and management show no inclination to address the problem.

    Server errors, long posting delays and the banner sticking, the site is really sticky today.

    Thought I would log in and post ! , after 3 server errors I got in smile , then when I posted a reply it took ages to go through , good to see nothing changes on CT still as carp as ever

    We all know there are forums out there running on much slicker software but they’re often let down by their content so I think that might answer the question, Corners.
