Winter storage available Dunstable St Albans Area

We are opening a cl next year and shall also have space to offer winter storage from Oct to March(possibly longer). This will be undercover, concrete floors easy access. Can be flexible with the storage period. Is there much demand for storage just for winter? Where else should I be advertising this.

Location is the village of Studham in the North Chilterns

We are also members with our own campervan.
