Hi Rowena,  I have been following the changing EU rules closely and currently, UK tourists are ‘Strongly Advised’ to quarantine for 14 days in NL upon arrival.

Ive also swapped emails with the Austrian Embassy in London and they have said that we (UK tourists) are allowed to travel through Austria as long as we can prove we are just passing through.

for those who did not receive it, received this overnight in an email from the club

We're happy to advise that the Club’s Red Pennant holiday insurance product (where Personal cover is included) now includes cover for medical emergencies and repatriation should you fall ill with coronavirus while on your trip, provided the FCO have not advised against travel to your destination click here to find out more
