Fiat ducato indicator problem

Can anyone help please, we have a 2018 Fiat Ducato Autotrail Apache. We have noticed that the indictars flash randomly ,just one flash. It is parked on drive plugged into electric.We have taken it off charge but has made no difference. Any suggestions ?

    Have you got an alarm fitted as that’s resonant of an alarm setting or disarming?
