Covid-19 and Red Pennant
There are hundreds, if not thousands of members who will have booked ferry/eurotunnel crossings and sites in France and other parts of Europe for this summer and have taken out Red Pennant insurance cover.
I believe that the current stance of insurers is to only reimburse costs if the FCO advise against travel to a certain country eg Italy.
In such a scenario are RP going to suggest travelling to a different country instead (which may also, and very suddenly, become a country which the FCO advise against) to continue the holiday?
Or will they take a more pragmatic and sympathetic approach and relax the T&Cs to allow repayment if requested as the situation inevitably gets worse as the summer progresses regardless of FCO advice on any particular day?
For the benefit of all of us, could we have some clarification from CAMC and Red Pennant please?

The current Club advice can be seen in this link https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/whats-on/caravan-club-news/novel-coronavirus-advice/
We already have a long running thread regarding this virus and overseas travel so I will close this to avoid duplication.
Thanks
