wherever you go, to share a wifi signal ypu need a 'repeater' dvice or wifi sharing device...
however, you cant be visiting a site in spain solely because of the wifi, can you?
i usually use my phone's data allowance for browsing (its unlikely ill use it all) while OH campsite wifi...
if/when we want to use internet streamed TV i use her log on as i have a larger screen on my ipad...

There are a few solutions, I have used one of these successfully for years on club sites, you can get one for about £24.
If you prefer an external antenna for weaker signals a Solwise Patriot might be the answer.

There are any number of devices out there that will pick up a WiFi signal and then allow you to use several devices. Have a look at this video which might help.

Firstly No i am not visiting Spain for the Wifi. We have stayed in Bonterra park a number of times and the WIFI is good all over the site. It is difficult to get Satellite TV so am looking at some other method. Have seen others on site who were using Equipment so that they were only using on ticket for the WIFI and distributing in the caravan. We can us TV hub with subscription but it would be good to save our phone data if we could also use our phone without having to log of on 1 device to use another. We use sky at home so do not want another subscription service.

This should do you, TPLink MR3020 Portable wireless router:http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/322119579553.
It will log onto a wifi network, site network, and then becomes a router to have your own wifi network in your van. It can also be used with a 4g dongle instead if you prefer so will still work on sites without wifi but which have 4g mobile signal available. You can get a data sim only deal from most providers and if you have a separate 4g dongle then that will take the sim and plug into the router. Once all setup it's only a flick of a switch to change the router from wifi to 4g. Only fiddling is to initially log the router onto the site wifi network in the first place which needs a connection from the router to a laptop which is achieved by logging onto your own in van network you setup on the router.

im on Bonterra Park now and am using the phone's data, tethered to my ipad to post this...
OH is using site wifi to check out TV Mucho...latest free UK TV app/website which can receive BBC etc.
im also watching the Manchester derby on Sky Sports....
i could have done this on one of two ways...
1. i have the dish up, connected to Astra 2 and have a spare Sky+HD box permanently installed in the van. i moved my home viewing card to this box and paired it at home over my home wifi prior to leaving. reception is fine for Sports and Movies (pan euro beam) but UK 'home' channels are unavailable via my 85cm dish. the site can provide large dishes if required.
2. i have Sky Go on my ipad which allows a 'mirror' of your home package, all you need is data...i connect to the site wifi to use this. BBC is not available on this app but ITV etc is.
it is also possible to set your dish to point to Intelsat 907 where the BBC keeps its back up systems....these can be viewed via an Icecrypt box (set top box).
ps Man U have just scored....

There are loads of solutions for this. I have been using an ibooster for years. You have a directional aerial that boosts the site wifi signal which is then sent to a router in your van. You then connect your devices to the router. The benefit is you dont have to reconnect each of your devices at every site and you get improved signal from the booster.
If you would rather use 4g or 5g then you can by a wifi router such as netgear aircard.
Take a look at https://www.motorhomewifi.com. They sell decent stuff and are always happy to chat. Its where I got my iboost from 5 years ago!

We have got one of these. I have used it successfully only once on a camp site. That was a site with one of its masts not working so the signal didnt cover our area very well, and I was just about able to get connnected whereas my next door neighbour couldnt. For the £160 odd that it cost, I am not impressed. I use the phone more often these days.
