Intermittent Fault

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that we have an intermittent fault on the Club Together platform that is being investigated and we hope to have a fix in place very soon.

Apologies to anyone affected by this and we will keep you updated on the progress of the fix.

    Is that the server fault that keeps coming up,that has been a irritation and been reported for some timesurprised

    have you contacted Network Rail ,or the Bluebell railway at East Grinsteadcool

    I still think Network rail should be involved they seem to get platforms repaired quickly,, if called, especially if it affects the use of the platform for as long as this is going onsurprisedcoolwink

    The CT "intermittent" fault has lasted most of the day for me although the rest of the web site appeared to be working?

    ?? undecided  But How does this "Fault" manifest itself, please ??  I only ask 'cos every things been running as sweet as any Ceetea knut ever has .

    Yesterday and today it has been  more off than on, but all other parts of club website have been ok  ,why just CT? or is it a not so suttle way of it being closedundecided

    Thanks JVB,  All seems well up here in Cheshire, could it be due to us being very good folks when it comes to paying our Taxes & Rates innocentundecided

    But they can and we know they can which is why this current state of affairs is unforgivably frustrating.

    It is truely terrible. I have tried several times this afternoon and this is the first time I have managed not to get thrown out. As JVB says seems to be all services. Perhaps made worse by what ever they do to release March 2021, which went live this morning.

    Liike OP & SteveL I struggled to get anywhere 'til about16:30-ish Everything was "Infernal server error"
