Just researching my 1st French trip - wishing to travel Plymouth - Roscoff

3 Week Trip August

Brittany Ferries direct on their website £476 , tried the club offers site  £528 for same dates etc.

They do offer to price match but why would you bother to do the leg work / research and they only match it anyway

Click Overseas Holidays at the top of this page and then ferry offers - that shows which routes, dates and times when offers are valid. For example Friday and Saturday outbound sailings from Plymouth are excluded but other days are on offer.

The other point to note is that the Club price will include a simple two berth cabin going out overnight from Plymouth, whereas the Brittany Ferries price will not - their add on extra for a cabin will be approximately £75 extra to tne base figure which you were quoted.

Thank you Eurotraveller - having checked quotes again ( and adding a cabin ) club offer looks a good one now !!

Not to mention the ferry package with 4 sites/night vouchers which can get you extra discount, when using BF. It’s certainly worked for me a couple of times, but one needs to be flexible with ferry dates/times.

Unless one of you is agile and nimble enough  to climb up and down the ladder to the top bunk in tne two berth cabin which the Club includes on overnight crossings, you may wish to upgrade to a four berth cabin and just use the two bottom beds.
