Alde 3020HE problems

In July I bought a new Majestic 275, in preference to the 175, because it has Alde heating.

However, the circulation pump is not circulating any heat but keeps starting and stopping every few seconds, getting progressively noisier. Gas or electric makes no difference. The Dealer (part of the UK's largest dealer network) seems unable to look at it until 17th September. This is apparently due to staff holidays.

Customer care and service goes out the window once they have your money.

Has anyone experienced similar symptoms? As far as I know it does not need bleeding.

    Thanks EasyT and Dorset Driver. Just done that and spoke with Andy. He was very helpful. It looks very much as though the non-return valve, which resides in the short piece of aluminium pipe just after the Auto vent assembly, has either moved out of position along the pipe or rotated, thereby preventing any flow.

    Not a job i'm prepared to tackle on such a new vehicle. That is where I WILL point the dealer to on the 17th September.
