Avtex signal problems

Hello! I'm brand new to this - first night in a motorhome on a site, so forgive me if I'm missing something obvious.

My van has two Avtex TVs (Model L199DRS-PRO). When I press AQT on the remote control to search for Digital TV channels, one of them is finding dozens with no problem, the other is finding zero. I'm going through the same process with both TVs, searching on the same channel.

Any advice?
