Lunar Lexon skylight

I’ve seen discussion threads about flies between the panes of the panoramic skylight in 2016 Lunar Lexon but cant find them again! It’s only just become an issue in our caravan so probably not a warranty claim. Does any know how they get in there or how I can get them out?
