We are happy enough....not sure how the warden is feeling ? But hopefully its something that wont happen again and the wardens will consider in future the decisions they are making and how their actions look to their customers.
Must be a difficult job as a warden , so its not us versus them . Its good to work together , but when something isn't right , its fair to speak up too .

I did wonder to be honest. 😬
Although it looks negative on the surface , to discuss problems with the club, it can be positive though , as members might just not renew their membership and leave otherwise. I 100% know we would of done .Whereas if there is a channel and help for airing their grievances people might stay as members .
Its not as negative as it looks if we talk openly about when things dont go quite right. I judge a company on how they deal with things when they go wrong .
Open honestly is only strengthening .
Just my thoughts anyway . 🙂

The club will be getting a complaint from me re freshwater Tenby for unfairly treating us and victimising us clearly.i have hard evidence thus had been the case..they better reply or watchdog will get a message to find out why they never answer
