Swift shower mixer loose

Hi.  We have a 2016 Swift Conqueror 560 and the shower mixer valve is loose which makes it difficult to rotate the temperature lever without holding the valve with your other hand.  I believe the valve is tightened behind the shower panel with a large black plastic nut but can't see a way of accessing it.  The access panel outside the shower cubicle is a long way from the mixer, so I am assuming you have to take the grey plastic panel away, but don't know how.  Any suggestions?

    How long is the warranty,ask your dealer or see if anyone on swift talk can advise

    Agree, I would get the dealer involved.
