Red pennant

Hi I wondered if anyone has some advice. We have a ferry booked for mid June returning July and have taken out single trip red pennant insurance. We're in the process of selling our house and it's looking promising. However moving may impact on our holiday plans. If we rescheduled our ferry to say September is it possible to also change the dates of the insurance without financial implications? The offices are closed until Tuesday and we're discussing various possibilities today.

Last year we had to cancel our holiday last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and as we had not commenced our holiday they refunded the whole premium. Hope that helps in your situation.

We had to cancel the ferry a couple of years ago and RP told us to pay the £100 cancellation fee to the ferry company and then they could refund in full the £200? odd RP fee. Worked out we saved well over £100 that way. Changing the date will be no problem.
