Why are some of OUR club members hell bent on breaking the clubs rules, especially the one about keeping your dogs under control on a lead no longer than 2 metres we,ve be on 2 club sites this year and it seems to be ok with some to walk their dogs on 5 metre extending leads round the roads on site pissing on everybody else,s pitch it,s disgusting. Why do some people leave the hot taps running in the washrooms this a waste of our clubs money, and why do people leave the cold water tap running in the cassette toilet emptying bin, this fills up the septic tank and costs more money to empty before it needs to be, if these things continue our club is going to have a lot less appeal to some. And as for speeding on the site roads well i give up.

Oh dear, having a bad day ?

Did you relay your concerns to the site staff or would you like the forum members to look into the issues you have raised.

    Why, oh why……

What did you do about all these issues, Rab? Speak to the miscreants, report matters to the wardens, take it up with club HQ, or just have a rant on here in the wrong section - ie How To Use CT? 😄

In the years we have been members (over 50 now)I think only very rarely I have been aware of taps of any areas being left running, and when I have it was during school holidayssurprised

And not many sites the ccep is not directly into the main sewers, but then those that are on ces tanks, how often do you see people emptying their aquarolls in to them when packing up to leaveundecided

The two Mtr dog lead instructions was only introduced last year (2018)and who reads any notices? there are not any 2mtr retractable leads on the market as there are no 2mtr pitch tie down leads yet as quoted to me by a wardenwink

And as for speeding what more can be done by site staff if as most cases they are not made aware (my comment  to speeders is normally"what part of 5mph do you not understand"yell

On a lovely CL in Wales and we are the only van on site, ah bliss.  At the end of the week we will be at Ferry Meadows where we expect a totally different atmosphere as families enjoy their hard earned Easter break🌞
