    Wasn't sure what position  was held by the person making the quote or when it was made. Still unsure when it was made but I have just googled it and it was by a past or present Technical Manager of the C&CC. I think it shows, like the CAMC,  metering of electricity has at least been discussed at management level. Both Clubs must at least be keeping it under review?

    That seems to me more like an off the cuff comment given to Go Compare rather than a measured response from C&CC in line with any policy discussion.
