    According to "sources?" one of the reasons that refurbs have been "delayed" is the club needed more funds in the bank to enable the in house insurance to be fully funded before it could be "promotedsurprised

    Maybe they should have promoted it and brokered it (excuse the pun) well in advance of selling it?

    Totally agree WTG; we were there in early January for 5 days.  Ok, the block is dated, but that doesn't bother me.  Most important to me are cleanliness, and warmth in winter, both of which are provided there.  I didn't have a problem with the showers either, the water was hot, all totally adequate.

    We were there at the end of Oct with our (then 2 yr old) grand daughter. The toilet block was perfectly usable. There was a water pressure fault while there but that was out of the hands of the Caravan Club.
