I will be driving (solo) in France in two weeks time. Will I need to purchase an Emissions Vignette in order to use the Outer Peripherique through Paris?

If you are intending to use the A86 this outer ring road is not included in the Criti Air restrictions. See the Green Zones App for details.

I travelled to Folkestone the other year intending to bypass London on the M25. An accident closed the M25 forcing us towards London, then a fire shut that road and forced us even closer - then flooding (yes flooding) forced us to within site of Nelson's Column! Well not quite

For that reason I bought a Crit Air then whatever happens I'm covered. They last the lifetime of the vehicle unless damaged through windscreen replacement. But might be a bit late now for postage.

I would get the Crit Air sticker anyway just in case. I believe you get an email to confirm you've applied which can be used before the sticker arrives.
