Pyramid Powerjack manual

I have been given a 12v Powerjack which works well enough just now however there are no maintenance instructions.

In the case are 3 replacement inline fuses (obvious what they're for) plus a small handle which I assume is incase the jack has to be manually operated and a small (tho empty) plastic bottle which I assume os to lube the screw.

As the company has stopped trading I wonder if anyone has any assistance as to the maintenance?
